About Me

Originally from New York, I completed my bachelor's in business analytics at Binghamton University with a minor in women, gender, and sexuality studies. I was fortunate to research in the Binghamton Human Sexualities Lab all throughout undergrad and compete nationally on the college policy debate circuit.

I moved to Waco, Texas to pursue my master's in communication at Baylor University. After defending my thesis, I landed in Illinois to begin my doctoral studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

When I'm not researching, I love to fill my time with crafty hobbies and hang out with my cats, Beans and Pudge. I consider myself an amateur gardener, potter, and bread baker.
